From Office of Informatics and Analysis (OIA): Office of Productivity, Efficiency, and Staffing (OIA/OPES), the National Data System (OIA/NDS), VA Inpatient Evaluation Center (OIA/IPEC), and the VHA Support Service Center (OIA/VSSC).
